30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in the condition in which you received it, and include its original packaging where applicable.

Please contact us through our Contact page before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos where relevant so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
